Why this exists

I have spent twenty years designing accredited curricula and, more recently, leading a national digital transformation programme. In that work I keep meeting the same person: competent, experienced, respected — and quietly unsure about a part of their own job that arrived without warning.

They are usually told to attend an awareness session. That is not the problem. The problem is that the standard for doing their job well moved, and nobody rebuilt the training to match.

The Cohort is my attempt to rebuild it. Small groups, real work, an assessment that means something, and a completion rate I will publish whether it flatters me or not.
