The argument
Nobody sent a memo
Five years ago, reading a model output critically was a specialism. Judging whether a dataset supported a decision was somebody else’s job. Knowing what a system could not do was the vendor’s problem.
None of that is true anymore, and nobody sent a memo. The requirement moved into your job description quietly, and the first time most people notice is when they are asked to sign something they cannot fully explain.
That is not a personal failing. It is a shift in what the work is. This programme closes that specific distance — and nothing else.
The curriculum
The eight weeks
- Week 1
Where the change landed in your work
Mapping what actually moved in your own role, not in general.
- Week 2
Reading the system you were given
What it does, what it cannot do, what to ask the vendor.
- Week 3
Data you can stand behind
Tracing a number to its source and knowing when you cannot.
- Week 4
Working with AI tools
Prompts, limits, and what you must never delegate.
- Week 5
Judging the output
The Level 3 skill: defending it, or refusing it.
- Week 6
Making the case
Getting a yes from someone who controls budget.
- Week 7
Bringing people with you
Your team is watching how you handle this.
- Week 8
Assessment
A piece of your own work, assessed against the four levels.
One live session of ninety minutes per week. Roughly four hours a week in total. Assignments come from your own work, not from case studies. The final week and assessment fall in the week of 30 November 2026, and certificates are issued mid-December 2026.
Two ways to pay
You pay, or your organisation pays
You pay
6 × $347 per month
Six monthly instalments, the first one before the cohort starts. There is no surcharge for paying in instalments. Your seat is confirmed the moment the first payment clears. Billing stops automatically after the sixth payment.
Your organisation pays
$1,750 excl. VAT per seat
Pay by card for one or more seats, with a VAT number and an invoice PDF by email. Prefer a purchase order and 30-day terms? Ask for the one-page proposal and we invoice you directly.
Or pay on invoice, 30-day termsBoth routes sit in the same cohort. People paying their own way and people sent by their employer learn better together than apart.
The fit
Who it is not for
- People with no current role or client work to apply it to — there is nothing to bring to the assignments.
- People looking to resell the material.
- People who want a recording to watch later. Everyone starts week one together, and that is the point.
Freelancers, self-employed people and consultants with live client work: yes, absolutely. The requirement is real work to bring to the assignments, not an employment contract.
The waitlist
Take a seat before the door
You get the invitation to the free session on 17 September 2026, and the enrolment link the same day. Seats go in the order people confirm.
