Prompt Lab
Level 2Writing prompts that produce work you can actually defend. Not tricks — structure, context, and knowing when the answer is confidently wrong. You leave with five prompts built on your own recurring tasks.
Data Lab
Level 3Tracing a number back to where it came from, and what to do when the trail runs out. Bring a report you are held accountable for; leave knowing which parts of it you can defend.
Systems Lab
Level 3Reading the system you were given. What it does, what it structurally cannot do, and the six questions that get a straight answer out of a vendor.
Decision Lab
Level 3Building a simple assessment framework for the decisions that keep landing on your desk: what the request is, what it costs, what it displaces, who has the mandate. You leave with your own one-page version.
Automation Lab
Level 2Taking one repeating task out of your week, permanently. Bring the task. Leave with it running, or with a clear reason why it should not be.
Evidence Lab
Level 3Writing the case that gets a yes from someone who controls budget. Structure, numbers, and the paragraph that survives being forwarded without you in the room.
Policy Lab
Level 3What your organisation may and may not do with these tools: rules, procurement, personal data, and where the responsibility actually sits when it goes wrong. Aimed at public sector and regulated work.
Handover Lab
Level 4Documenting your work so it survives your absence, your successor, and the next reorganisation. The least glamorous lab and the one people thank us for.
