Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email info@thecohort.academy within 14 days of purchase, stating the email address you used at checkout and, if available, the receipt number from your payment confirmation email. We aim to confirm every request within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V. is the seller for all orders; payments are processed by Mollie on our behalf. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.
Digital content and your statutory withdrawal right
Our products are digital content with immediate access after payment. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies once delivery has begun (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies instead, so you keep at least the same window to change your mind.
Payment plans
A payment plan is the purchase of the full programme, paid in instalments. Your seat is confirmed at the first payment. If an instalment remains unpaid after a payment reminder, we may pause access to sessions and materials until payment is received; the remaining instalments remain due. A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled partway, without prejudice to your statutory rights and the 14-day money-back guarantee.
Subscriptions and renewals
Payment plans (instalments) are not subscriptions: a plan is the purchase of the full programme paid in parts, and the remaining instalments stay due. If your purchase is a subscription, you can cancel at any time through the billing page at thecohort.academy/billing or by emailing info@thecohort.academy; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial subscription payment, and renewal charges can likewise be refunded if requested within 14 days of the charge.
Fair use
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of demonstrable abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or bulk generation and downloading of materials immediately before a refund request. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and never limits, your rights under EU and Dutch consumer law.
