Who is responsible

ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V., Ligusterbaan 1, suite 414, 2908 LW Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands, KvK 42034470. Contact: info@thecohort.academy.

What we collect

Only what you type into the forms on this site (waitlist, Gap Check, lab dates, proposal request): your full name, work email address, and optionally your organisation, your role, how many colleagues might join, and whether you asked for the proposal. If you take the Gap Check we also store the level your answers produced. We also store the date and time you submitted the form.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on this site. There is no chat widget.

Why we collect it

To send you the date of the free live session, the enrollment link, and — if you asked for it — the one-page proposal. We also use the answers about organisation, role and group size to plan the size and content of the cohort. We do not sell or share this data with anyone outside the service providers who host the site and send the emails.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

Until the cohort starting 12 October 2026 has finished, and then twelve months, in case you want a place in a later cohort. After that we delete it. If you enroll, your details move into our normal participant records and are kept for as long as Dutch administrative law requires.

How to see, correct, or delete your data

Email info@thecohort.academy from the address you signed up with and say what you want: a copy, a correction, or deletion. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens if you are not satisfied with how we handled it.

Payments and who we share data with

Payments on this site are processed by Mollie B.V. on our behalf. When you buy a lab or the programme, Mollie collects and processes your payment details, billing name and address, and country in order to take the payment and to prevent fraud. We never see or store your full card details. We receive from Mollie only what we need to give you access and keep our books: your name, email address, what you bought, the amount, and the transaction and payment-plan reference.

Other recipients are our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, our professional advisers (accountant, and legal where needed), and public authorities where the law requires it. The legal basis for processing purchase data is performance of our contract with you and, for the invoicing records, a legal obligation under Dutch tax law. Mollie's own privacy notice is at mollie.com/privacy.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, row-level access rules on the database so records are not publicly readable, access limited to the people who need it, and no storage of card data on our side. If a breach affects your rights we notify you and the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens as the law requires.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for tracking or marketing. Nothing about your visit is stored in your browser beyond what is needed to load the page.
