For organisations
When the standard moves, it moves for the whole team.
Sending one person to a course produces one person who now talks differently from everyone around them. That is why we sell seats in groups, and why we run in-house cohorts.
Three ways to do this
Pick the one that fits the team
Seats in an open cohort
Invoiced per seat
Invoiced, PO number on request. Best for two to four people. They sit in the same cohort as everyone else.
An in-house cohort
From 12 participants
The full eight weeks for your own team, with assignments drawn from your actual work rather than from case studies.
Licence
Train-the-trainer
Your people run it, with our material, our assessment and our certificate. Two days of train-the-trainer, then quarterly review.
What you get back
A completion rate, a result per participant, and the awkward half
You get a completion rate, an assessment result per participant, and a two-page report on what your team could not yet do — which is usually the more valuable half.
Individuals in the same cohort enroll themselves. Organisation seats are invoiced on 30-day terms.
Seats on invoice
Reserve seats for your team
€345 excl. VAT per seat. Pay by card straight away, or ask for an invoice on 30-day terms with a PO number if your finance team needs one.
The proposal
Request the one-page proposal
One page you can forward to whoever signs the invoice: what the eight weeks cover, what it costs, and what comes back at the end.
